Medicaid Update

With the recent change in Medicaid’s health care program, many of our patients have been automatically assigned to one of the three managed care organizations.

Of these three, DeKalb Women’s Specialists, along with DeKalb Medical Center at Decatur and DeKalb Medical Center at Hillandale, only contracted with the Peach State plan. Therefore, any patient who desires to continue to receive care from our providers should immediately contact her case worker to ensure that she is enrolled with Peach State, or call 1-888-423-6765.
